Real-Time Alert Topic

This is the topic that controls the snazzy Real Time Alert System. Why is it in Old Announcements, you're asking? Well, erm, these are kinda old after they've been displayed to the masses, heh. Oh, and there's the fact that we don't want members to just post their own announcements willy-nilly, that would be chaos! Anyway, these may be prods to check things like rules or systems that have been updated, reminders of current site events, or even small tidbits that are leading up to an event. It's also kinda an experimental thing, if it causes more problems than good, it goes bye-bye.

If you are able to post in this section (meaning you're a Mod or Admin), congrats, you're able to make a Real Time Alert! Just head on over to: https://pokemongenesis.rpg-board.net/h1-real-time-alert if you ever need to, keeping in mind that this is a privilege that can be taken away from you, so use it wisely!

-Note that when an alert is made, it will post some HTML down below in this topic with what the announcement said so the alert system can keep track of it. Least I think that's what it's doing. It will also help us know who's making what announcements if someone does decide to go announcement renegade-

Upon trying this system thrice, I can now say that it hasn't been working for me. Instead, I've resorted to using the Announcements from the Admin panel.

(But I do so like the Real time alert ;-; Please advise)
